摘要

Abstract

To enhance the stability and durability of steel structures,it is crucial to prevent corrosion in critical components.This paper proposes an intelligent corrosion detection and evaluation method for steel structures.By employing multi-source sensor hardware,on-site image data can be acquired;leveraging neural network-based intelligent analysis and processing algorithms enables rapid localization and quantification of corrosion levels.Furthermore,the application of multiple coatings of inorganic zinc-rich primer significantly enhances the corrosion resistance of steel structures.The establishment of an integrated intelligent detection and treatment system provides reliable technical support for the maintenance and restoration of steel structures in high-temperature and high-salinity environments.
