基于多指标评价不同生长年限桔梗的药材质量
Study on the Quality of Platycodonis Radix with Different Growth Years Based on Multi-Indicator Evaluation

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the quality of Platycodonis Radix in different growing years by using common methods and clas-sical indexes.Methods:With different growth years of Platycodonis Radix as the research object,the morphological characteristics,drying rate,total ash and extract content of Platycodonis Radix were measured,respectively.The contents of deapi-platycoside E,platycodin E,platycodin D3,deapio-platycodin D,platycodin D2,platycodin D in Platycodonis Radix with different growing years were determined by HPLC.The quality of Platycodonis Radix with different growing years was analyzed by principal component analysis and orthogonal par-tial least square discriminant analysis.Results:The quality of Platycodonis Radix was different in different growing years.The appear-ance traits,alcohol-soluble extracts and platycodins content of three-year-old Platycodonis Radix were all in line with the provisions of the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.With the increase of growth years,the total concent of six saponins in one-year Platycodonis Radix was the least,and the total content of six saponins in three-year Platycodonis Radix was the highest.Conclusion:Based on the a-nalysis rasults of various indexes,the quality of three-year-old Platycodonis Radix is the best.This study aunmulates a solid foundation for further exploring the mechanism of forming the quality of Platycodonis Radix.关键词
