摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents and the antibacterial activities of fresh tuber of Gastrodia elata with dark red pedicel.Methods:The chemical components form the ethanol extract of the fresh tuber of Gastrodia elata with dark red pedicel were systematically isolated and purified by various chromatographic separation techniques.The structures of the compounds were analyzed according to its physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Sixteen compounds were isolated from fresh tuber of Gastrodia elata with dark red pedicel and identified as p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(1),p-hydroxybenzyl methyl ether(2),4-[[4-(4-hydroxybenzyl)phenoxy]methyl]phenol(3),bis(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)methane(4),4-(ethoxymethyl)-2-(4-hydroxybenzyl)phenol(5),gastropo-lybenzylol E(6),N6-(4-hydroxybenzyl)adenine riboside(7),obacunone(8),limonin(9),β-sitosterol(10),linoleic acid(11),methyl linoleate(12),ethyl linoleate(13),glyceryl linoleate(14),ethyl linolenate(15),monolinolenin(16),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 8,9,11 to 16 are isolated from Gastrodia for the first time.The results of in vitro activity study show that compounds 14 and 15 have strong inhibitory effect on Streptococcus paramammary,and compounds 3 and 5 have good antibacterial effect.
