回授健康教育结合运动处方策略在老年肺癌行微创手术患者围手术期的应用OA
Application of feedback health education combined with exercise prescription strategy in perioperative period of elderly patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery for lung cancer
目的 分析回授健康教育结合运动处方策略在老年肺癌微创手术患者围手术期的应用价值.方法 纳入深圳市龙岗中心医院于2022 年1 月至2023 年12 月收治的102 例拟行微创手术治疗的老年肺癌患者,使用简单随机抽样法分为观察组(51 例)和对照组(51 例).2 组均接受常规护理和回授健康教育,观察组加用运动处方策略.对比2 组的术后恢复指标、术后肺功能、血气分析指标和术后并发症发生率.结果 与对照组相比,观察组的术后排痰、下床活动和术后住院时间均更短或更早,术后第1 天的胸腔引流量、术后3d的最低血氧饱和度,以及在术后3d的用力肺活量、第1 秒用力呼气容积、一秒率、动脉血氧分压均更高,在术后 3d的动脉血二氧化碳分压和并发症合计发生率均更低(P均<0.05).结论 在回授健康教育的基础上结合运动处方能够促进老年肺癌患者行微创手术后的早期恢复,同时改善术后早期肺功能和动脉血气分析指标,且有助于降低术后并发症发生风险.
Objective To analyze the application value of feedback health education combined with exercise prescription strategy in the perioperative period of elderly lung cancer patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery.Methods A total of 102 elderly lung cancer patients who were scheduled to undergo minimally invasive surgery at Longgang Central Hospital of Shenzhen from January 2022 to December 2023 were included in the study.They were assigned into an observation group(51 case)and a control group(51 case)using simple random sampling.Both groups received routine care and feedback health education,while the observation group additionally received exercise prescription strategy.The postoperative recovery indicators,postoperative pulmonary function,blood gas indicators,and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter time to postoperative sputum,ambulation,and length of hospital stay(P<0.05).The thoracic drainage volume on the 1st postoperative day,the lowest blood oxygen saturation in the 3 days after surgery,as well as the forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in 1 second,forced expiratory volume in 1 second/forced vital capacity,and arterial partial pressure of oxygen on the 3rd postoperative day were all higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide on the 3rd postoperative day and total incidence of complications were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of exercise prescription and feedback health education can promote the early recovery of elderly lung cancer patients after minimally invasive surgery,improve the early postoperative pulmonary function and arterial blood gas indicators,and help reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
