Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of continuous nursing based on the information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model during hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 80 patients with chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis regularly at Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023.Forty-two patients who received routine nursing were set as the control group,and 38 patients who received continuous nursing based on the IMB model were set as the observation group.The incidence of complications,renal function level,and urea clearance rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After dialysis and 3 months of follow-up,the serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and these levels in both groups were lower than their respective levels prior to dialysis(P<0.05).After dialysis and 1 and 3 months of follow-up,the urea clearance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and both groups had higher urea clearance rates in comparison with their pre-dialysis levels(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic renal failure,hemodialysis combined with continuous nursing based on the IMB model can effectively reduce the risk of anemia and other complications,improve the renal function level,and increase the urea clearance.关键词
