摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of case tracking management model in the long-interval fluid management of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Eighty maintenance hemodialysis patients with water gain of more than 5％during the long interval of dialysis were enrolled from Wuxi People's Hospital.The random number table method was used for grouping,with 40 patients in the experimental group and 40 patients in the control group.Both groups of patients underwent regular dialysis.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group adopted case tracking management model for fluid management on the basis of routine nursing.The fluid management and incidence of related complications before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of case tracking management model,the experimental group exhibited superior water control and a lower incidence of complications compared with the control group.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case tracking management model can effectively improve the fluid management of maintenance hemodialysis patients during the long interval of dialysis,and reduce the occurrence of dialysis-related complications.关键词
