医学生新型冠状病毒疫苗接种行为态度和信念量表的编制及信效度检验OA

Objective To focus on the vaccination behavior of novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19),preliminarily develop an attitude and belief scale for the COVID-19 vaccination behavior,evaluate its reliability and validity among medical students.Methods Based on literature reviews,qualitative interviews,and expert consultations,the theoretical framework,dimensions,and items of the scale was proposed.By convenience sampling,a pre-survey was conducted on students of a medical university to form a formal scale.A large sample survey was conducted on medical students from four universities in Shanghai by using online survey method,and the reliability and validity were tested.Results The scale ultimately retained 6 dimensions,with a total of 31 items and a cumulative contribution rate of 68.96％.Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the final scale was 0.917.χ2/df=2.623,RMESA=0.041.Split-half reliability test showed that the Guttman split-half coefficient of the final scale was 0.790,and confirmatory factor analysis showed that all test quantities were within the standard range.Conclusion The attitude and belief scale for the COVID-19 vaccination behavior is scientific,reliable and valid,which can provide a measurement tool for future research on COVID-19 vaccination behavior.
