云南气象观测遗址的调查与保护研究
Investigation and Protection of Meteorological Observation Sites in Yunnan

Abstract
According to historical records,by the end of 1949,Yunnan Province had established a total of 123 meteorological observatories.The development of these observatories exhibited three distinct characteristics:First,government agencies served as the primary driving force in establishing meteorological observation stations;second,Yunnan Province shifted from passive acceptance to active development;third,the construction time of the meteorological observation station was mainly concentrated in the 1930s and after the outbreak of the War of Resistance,with the highest spatial concentration of stations in Kunming City and Honghe Prefecture.Analysis reveals several challenges in preserving these historical meteorological observation sites,including the physical deterioration of meteorological buildings,the difficulty in balancing protection and utilization,and biases in the selection of protected sites.Based on this,this paper will put forward suggestions on the protection and utilization of Yunnan meteorological observation sites from four perspectives:value judgment,original site protection,living protection and digital protection,in order to realize the continuation of meteorological observation functions and the positive combination of cultural inheritance,and boost new vitality into meteorological sites.关键词
