Abstract
Jilin City,located along the middle reaches of the Songhua River,has a main urban area traversed by the river,forming a unique spatial pattern with a dendritic water system.Traditionally,the city's rivers have served dual roles in flood conveyance and rainwater storage.With the nationwide promotion of the sponge city concept,this approach has become vital for mitigating urban flooding and enhancing rainwater utilization.This study examines Jilin City's topography and proposes sponge city planning strategies.These strategies aim to boost the adaptability of the city's drainage system,mitigate adverse impacts,and improve overall drainage efficiency and urban quality.关键词
