麻黄汤与还魂汤异同之探微
Exploration of the Differences and Similarities between Mahuang Decoction(麻黄汤)and Huanhun Decoction(还魂汤)

Abstract
The names of Mahuang Decoction(麻黄汤)and Huanhun Decoction(还魂汤)were first mentioned in the book Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases by ZHANG Zhongjing,a medical sage.The drug composition in its formula is similar,all involving three traditional Chinese medicines:ephedra,almond,and licorice,and the dosage of ZHANG Zhongjing in the original formula is the same for these three medicines.But both sides have their own emphasis on treatment,treating external and internal injuries respectively,and are also divided into different chapters in the book,namely typhoid fever and miscellaneous diseases.The author distinguishes and analyzes the origins,medication analysis,decoction methods,and main therapeutic effects of Mahuang Decoction and Huanhun Decoction one by one,in order to explore the differences and similarities between the two.By studying the similarities and differences between similar or similar prescriptions,we can study the rules of syndrome differentiation and treatment of classic Chinese medicine prescriptions,explore the ingenuity of the prescription in the classic Chinese medicine Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,which helps to deepen the academic research of ZHANG Zhongjing,strengthen his thinking ability in traditional Chinese medicine,and flexibly apply classic prescriptions in clinical practice to exert their due therapeutic effects.关键词
