基于中医体质学说探讨特发性早发性脊柱侧弯的发病机制
Exploration of pathogenesis of idiopathic early-onset scoliosis based on TCM constitution theory

Abstract
This paper explores the correlation between children's constitutional types and the etiology and pathogenesis of idiopathic early-onset scoliosis(IEOS)based on the constitution theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It is believed that children with different constitutions have varying susceptibilities to IEOS.Moreover,even among children diagnosed with IEOS,different constitutional types lead to different classifica-tions.Therefore,the correlation between the occurrence of IEOS,syndrome types,and constitutional types is explored by combining the constitutional characteristics of IEOS patients with the syndrome differentiation of IEOS.Treatment should focus on internally regulating the constitution and comprehensively managing the con-dition through reasonable methods to soften muscles,relax tissues,and align bones.A combined approach of acupuncture,Tuina(massage therapy),and herbal medicine is adopted.Herbal medicines are administered in-ternally to nourish the spleen and kidney,while acupuncture and Tuina are applied externally along the Blad-der Meridian of Foot-Taiyang and Governor Vessel to soften muscles,relax tissues,and align bones.Tuina techniques are used on the back shu-points to stimulate the viscera,promote qi and blood circulation through-out the body,enhance self-regulatory abilities,and restore the normal physiological curvature of the spine.The aim is to provide new insights into the treatment of IEOS within the framework of TCM.关键词
