考辨肺风痰喘与肺炎喘嗽病名之异同
Discriminating the similarities and differences between"Feifeng Tanchuan"(wind-phlegm-induced cough and dyspnea of the lungs)and"Feiyan Chuansou"(pneumonia with cough and dyspnea)
摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes the characteristics of"Feifeng Tanchuan"(wind-phlegm-induced cough and dyspnea of the lungs)and"Feiyan Chuansou"(pneumonia with cough and dyspnea),as well as their simi-larities and differences in terms of etiology,pathogenesis,treatment methods,and prescriptions by reviewing and integrating representative historical literature.It is believed that"Feifeng Tanchuan"and"Feiyan Chuan-sou"share highly similar etiological factors,pathogenesis,and pathological manifestations,both resulting from the failure of the lungs to disperse and descend qi,leading to qi stagnation in the lungs and manifestation of cough and dyspnea.However,the etiological factor of"Feifeng Tanchuan"focuses on wind evil invading the lungs,while the main etiological factor of"Feiyan Chuansou"lies in heat accumulating in the lungs.Although there are similarities between the two in syndrome differentiation,classification,treatment methods,and pre-scriptions,a clear distinction should still be made between them.As for whether"Feifeng Tanchuan"is an in-dependent disease or a syndrome type of"Feiyan Chuansou",further clinical research and in-depth discussion are needed.关键词
