Abstract
The study demonstrates the application of a numerically controlled formwork system for bridge pylons based on a large-scale cable-stayed bridge.It focuses on the digital hydraulic climbing formwork system and intelligent manufacturing technology for cable-stayed bridge pylons,introducing the system's composition,climbing mechanism,and key technical points.A comparison with traditional technologies highlights its advantages and innovations.The results show that the digital hydraulic climbing formwork system effectively addresses challenges such as the large volume,complex structure,and high construction difficulty of the pylon.It shortens the construction period,ensures construction quality and alignment control requirements,and enhances construction efficiency and intelligence levels through the integration of 5G,IoT,and BIM technologies.关键词
