Professor SHI Zhenggang's experience in treating pediatric adenoid hypertrophy from the perspective of wind,phlegm,and blood stasis
摘要
Abstract
Professor SHI Zhenggang analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of adenoid hypertrophy in chil-dren,pointing out that deficiency of the lung and spleen is the key pathogenesis,external invasion by wind pathogens is the main external cause,and the accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis is the root of the dis-ease.Professor SHI advocates for staged syndrome differentiation and tailored treatment,addressing"wind""phlegm"and"blood stasis"simultaneously.The treatment principles include dispelling wind and pathogens,resolving phlegm and dissipating nodules,and promoting blood circulation to remove stasis.The use of the Xiaojie Liqiao fang(消结利窍方)has shown significant therapeutic effects.A case example is provided for veri-fication.关键词
