摘要
Abstract
Professor SHAO Zhengyang believes that the disease location of functional constipation in chil-dren is in the large intestine,and it is closely related to the five zang organs.The weakness of the spleen and stomach is the root cause of the disease,while the stagnation of qi and the obstruction of fuqi are the manifesta-tions.The accumulation of heat in the stomach and intestines,as well as the internal binding of dry heat,are the key pathological mechanisms of the disease.Based on the theory of"fuqi should be unobstructed for its func-tion,"the"unblocking"method is used to remove the pathogenic qi stagnated in the zang-fu organs,while pay-ing attention to protecting the spleen and stomach,achieving significant therapeutic effects.A case is pre-sented for verification.关键词
