Current Situation,Problems and Optimization Path of Legal System of Wild Medicinal Materials Resources Protection in China
摘要
Abstract
The legal system for the protection of wild medicinal materials resources can provide a legal guarantee for the sustain-able development of wild medicinal materials resources.However,due to the Regulation on the Protection and Management of Wild Me-dicinal Materials Resources,a core legal system for the protection of wild medicinal materials in China,has been implemented for more than 30 years,its legislative purpose,legal principles and legal system lack the integration of ecological civilization values,and it is diffi-cult to provide effective legal protection for the sustainable development of wild medicinal materials in China.Therefore,as the core legal system for the protection of wild medicinal materials resources,the Regulations on the Protection and Management of Wild Medicinal Materials Resources should be guided by the values of ecological civilization,strengthen the coordination with domestic laws and interna-tional treaties on the protection of wild animals and plants,clarify the responsibilities of the competent authorities,revise the List of Spe-cies of Wild Medicinal Materials under Key Protection of the State,and establish a system for the acquisition and benefit sharing of ge-netic resources.关键词
