熊磊教授辨治小儿厌食症经验
Professor XIONG Lei's experience in the differential diagnosis and treatment of pediatric anorexia
摘要
Abstract
Professor XIONG Lei points out that pediatric anorexia is a holistic disorder centered on the spleen and stomach,with involvement of the liver and kidneys.The pathogenesis includes disharmony in the transportation and reception functions of the spleen and stomach,and the pathological factors are related to dampness and blood stagnation.Treatment is based on the differentiation of syndromes such as spleen dysfunc-tion,accumulation and stagnation in the spleen and stomach,disharmony between the liver and spleen,and yin deficiency of the spleen and stomach.Corresponding treatments include awakening the spleen to resolve dampness,strengthening the spleen to promote its functions,eliminating accumulation and resolving blood stagnation,clearing the heart and calming the liver,strengthening the spleen,and replenishing qi.Further-more,the mechanisms of treating anorexia with paired herbs such as Agastache and Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala and Atractylodes lancea,Curcuma zedoaria and Peach kernel,Acorus tatarinowii and Uncaria rhynchophylla,Cymbidium goeringii and Dioscorea nipponica are explained.The characteristics of their com-patibility and clinical application rules are also analyzed.A case study is presented for verification.关键词
