三种珍稀濒危石斛属植物光合特性及叶片解剖结构的比较研究
Comparative Study on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Leaf Anatomical Structure of Three Rare and Endangered Dendrobium Species

Abstract
Objective:To study the photosynthetic characteristics and leaf anatomical structure characteristics of three Dendrobium species,Dendrobium sulcatum,Dendrobium thyrsiflorum and Dendrobium amabile,in order to provide reference for its rational cultiva-tion,resource development and the protection of wild resources.Methods:Using the introduced and cultivated Dendrobium sulcatum,Dendrobium thyrsiflorum and Dendrobium amabile as experimental materials,the light response curves of their leaves,CO2 response curve,chlorophyll relative content,leaf anatomical structure and leaf epidermal characteristics were measured to compare the differences in photosynthetic characteristics and leaf structure among three Dendrobium species,and their interrelationships were explored.Results:The light saturation point(LSP)and light compensation point(LCP)values of the three species of Dendrobium were all low,making them typical shade tolerant plants.Among them,Dendrobium thyrsiflorum had the strongest photosynthetic ability,its maximum net pho-tosynthetic rate(Pmax)was 3.72 μmol/(m2·s).The potential maximum net photosynthetic rate(Amax)of Dendrobium amabile was the highest,and its ability to utilize CO2 was the strongest.The Amax values of the three types of Dendrobium significantly increased compared to the Pmax values.The SPAD value of the leaves was significantly higher in Dendrobium thyrsiflorum than in Dendrobium sulcatum and Dendrobium amabile(P<0.05),The SPAD value was highly significantly positively correlated with its Pmax(P<0.01).The mesophyll cells of the three Dendrobium species did not differentiate into sponge tissue and palisade tissue.The leaves of Dendrobium amabile were the thickest,with lowest stomatal density and largest stomatal area,which matched their characteristics suitable for growth in low light environments.Conclusion:All three species of Dendrobium are shade tolerant plants with a narrow range of light utilization.It is recom-mended to choose a shaded or semi shaded environment with a light intensity of 400 to 600 μmol/(m2·s)for planting;Properly increasing CO2 concentration during introduction and cultivation is beneficial for the photosynthesis of three Dendrobium species.关键词
