五味子茎叶化学成分及其抗炎、抗氧化活性研究
Study on Chemical Constituents of Stems and Leaves from Schisandra chinensis and Their Anti-Inflammatory and Antioxidant Activities

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the dried stems and leaves of Schisandra chinensis and their anti-in-flammatory and antioxidant activities.Methods:The compounds from the ethanol extract of steams and leaves of Schisandra chinensis were isolated and purified by using silica gel column chromatography,MCI,ODS gel column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC,and the structures were identified by means of physicochemical properties and NMR spectroscopy data.Results:Nine compounds were isolated from the stems and leaves of Schisandra chinensis and identified as schimonoterpene A(1),4-(1,2-dihydroxy-isopropyl)cyclohexene carboxylic acid(2),1β,6α-dihydroxyeudesm-4(15)-ene(3),(7″S,8″R)-4″,5,5'-trihydroxy-3,3',3',4-tetramethoxy-4',8'-oxy-8,8'-sesquineolignan-7'-ol(4),chushizisin E(5),2-phenylethyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),trans-cinnamic acid(7),4H-1-benzo-pyran-4-one,3-(acetyloxy)-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5,7-dihydroxy(8),indole-3-carboxylic acid(9),respectively.Conclusion:Com-pound 1 is a new monoterpene.The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities of these 9 compounds are preliminarily screened.Com-pounds 4 and 8 are found to inhibit the release of NO by LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells with IC50 of 28.97 and 41.68 μmol/L,respec-tively.Compounds 4 and 8 have strong scavenging effects on ABTS cationic free radicals,and the IC50 are 34.21 and 2.61 μmol/L,re-spectively.关键词
