A Review on Visual Representation Design of Information Visualization of Food Folklore in Inner Mongolia from the Perspective of Child Psychology
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous development of Chinese traditional culture,domestic scholars pay more and more attention to the traditional diet of the Chinese nation.More and more scholars begin to pay attention to the study of food folklore culture,but there is a lack of systematic research and dynamic analysis of Inner Mongolia food folklore.The CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze relevant Chinese research literature from 2001 to 2024,and summarized the research characteristics,main researchers,institutions and trends of Inner Mongolia cuisine folk culture.By analyzing these literatures,this paper summarizes the development and latest achievements of Chinese research on Inner Mongolia cuisine folk culture.关键词
