商陆果发酵液化学成分的分离与鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Chemical Constituents in the Fermentation Liquor of the Fruits of Phytolacca acinosa

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the fermentation liquor of the fruits of Phytolacca acinosa.Methods:The compounds from the 70%methanol extract of the fermentation liquor of Phytolacca acinosa fruits were isolated and purified by col-umn chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC,the structures were identified by means of NMR,MS and other spectral techniques.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated from the n-butanol faction of 70%methand extract of the fermentation liquor of the fruits of Phytolacca acinosa and identified as(1S,3S)-1-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid(1),2-methyl-2,3,4,9-tetra-hydro-1H-pyrido[2,3-b]indole(2),methyl leucinate(3),benzeneethanamine(4),4-(2-aminoethyl)phenol(5),2-hydroxyl esculentic acid(6),allantoin(7),methyl succinate(8),methyl-3,4,5-trihydroxycyclohexanecarboxylate(9),ethyl-β-D-xylose(10),(2R)-(4-hydroxyphenyl)lactic acid(11),2(S)-3'-hydroxybutan-2'-2-hydroxypropanoate(13),respectively.Conclusion:Except for compound 6,the other compounds are isolated from Phytolacca genus for the first time and may be secondary metabolites produced during fermen-tation.关键词
