摘要

Abstract

Droplet digital PCR has become an important tool for veterinary molecular biology research by dividing the reaction system into a large number of independent droplets.Each droplet contains a single or a few nucleic acid molecules to achieve absolute quantitative detection.It has the advantages of high sensitivity,high specificity and no standard curve.It is widely used in pathogen detection,vaccine development,drug resistance analysis,gene expression and microbial community analysis.On this basis,this paper reviewed the principle and advantages of digital droplet PCR,and its application and prospects in veterinary detection,to provide a reference for related research.
