Abstract
To explore the pharmacokinetic behavior of chaunhuning injection when administered subcutaneously to the dorsal neck of the target animal,the beagle dog.In this experiment,8 male and female beagle dogs were given a subcutaneous injection at the back of the neck at a dose of 5 mg/kgBW.2 mL of blood was collected before and after administration at 0.083、0.25、0.50、1、2、4、6、8、12、16、24、36、48、60 and 96 h,respectively.The content of DAS in plasma was determined by the HPLC and internal standard method.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated using WinNonlin6.4.The results indicated that the Cmax of DAS in beagle plasma was 21.51 μg/mL,Tmax was2.25 h,T1/2 was21.51 h,and AUC0-∞ was29480.36 min·μg/mL.The results demonstrated that the analytical method was accurate and reproducible.After subcutaneous injection of chuanhuning injection in beagle dogs,the peak time in vivo was quicker and the half-life was longer,providing an experimental basis for the clinical formulation of reasonable drug administration.关键词
