刈割留茬高度对蒙古黄芪药材产量与品质的影响
Effects of Stubble Height on Yield and Quality of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus after Mowing
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of different stubble heights on the yield and main effect ingredient contents of Astraga-lus membranaceus var.mongholicus after mowing,and to screen out the best mowing stubble height with little influence on the yield of medicinal materials,so as to provide scientific basis for the multi-functional development and utilization of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus aboveground part.Methods:Four different stubble heights(5,10,15,20 cm)were set up for mowing trials using two-year-old Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus field plants after transplanting.The character indexes related to the yield of medici-nal materials during the harvest period after mowing were determined,and the contents of astragaloside Ⅳ and calycosin-7-O-glucoside in the roots of medicinal materials were determined by UPLC-MS.Results:When the stubble height was 15 cm,the yield of medicinal materials was not significantly different from that of the uncut control group,the contents of astragaloside Ⅳ and calycosin-7-O-glucoside increased by 0.019%and 0.027%,respectively compared with the control group.Indicating that the appropriate stubble height could promote the accumulation of two main effect ingredients content in medicinal materials under the premise of less influence on the yield of medicinal materials.Conclusion:After the rainy season,mowing at a suitable stubble height(15 cm)on the aboveground plants of As-tragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus have little effect on the yield of medicinal materials,and can significantly increase the content of astragaloside Ⅳ and calycosin-7-O-glucoside in medicinal materials.关键词
