摘要

Abstract

Paratyphi B is a chronic granulomatous enteritis caused by Mycobacterium avium paratyphi subspecies,which can infect a variety of domestic and wild animals.Due to the lack of sensitive and specific diagnostic methods,it is difficult to carry out the prevention and control of paratumiasis in ruminants.At present,the detection methods mainly include etiological,serological and cellular immunological methods.This article mainly describes the common diagnostic methods of para-tuberculosis.
