纤维素纳米纤维的硅烷化改性及其在Pickering乳液中的乳化性能研究
Study on Silanization Modification of Cellulose Nanofibers and Its Emulsifying Property in Pickering Emulsion

Abstract
Cellulose nanofibers(CNF)were silanization modified by hexadecyl trimethoxysilane(HDS),and the effect of mass fraction of si-lanized CNF(H-CNF)on its emulsification performance and prepared Pickering emulsion properties was investigated.The structure of H-CNF was characterized by X-ray diffraction pattern and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and the particle size distribution,micro mor-phology and Zeta potential of Pickering emulsion droplets were measured.The stability of Pickering emulsion was characterized by milk fat in-dex(CI).The results showed that when the mass ratio of HDS and CNF was 5∶1 during silanization modification,the three-phase contact an-gle of prepared H-CNF was(87.6±0.6)°,and the wetting performance was moderate.With the increase of H-CNF mass concentration from 1.0%to 2.5%,the Zeta potential of Pickering emulsion droplets decreased,the particle size of emulsion droplets decreased significantly,CI decreased,and the stability of Pickering emulsion increased.关键词
