Abstract

The preparation method of matrix reference materials for furazolidone metabolite AOZ residues in turbot powder was established in this study.Taking turbot as the research object,the raw material of positive matrix refer-ence materials containing AOZ were got by a medicated bath method.Then,the raw material samples were subjected to preparation processes such as homogenization,freeze-drying,pulverization,sieving,mixing,encapsulation,irra-diation sterilization and other processes to obtain candidate of AOZ matrix reference materials of fish meal.After uni-formity test and stability tests,cooperative settings by 8 laboratory and uncertainty evaluation,the quantity of AOZ in turbot powder were finally determined to be(7.0±0.6)μg/kg and(18.0±1.5)μg/kg(k=2),respectively.The obtained reference material of turbot fish meal matrix had good properties with uniformity and stability,and they could meet the technical requirements of the reference material,and the calibration results were reliable.The reference ma-terials can be used for laboratory internal quality control,inter laboratory capability verification,and different method validation for AOZ residue detection in aquatic products.This method provides a technical reference for the prepara-tion of residual matrix standard materials of nitrofuran metabolites in aquatic products.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2024,14(6):10-19]
