基于用户体验的社区智能健身器材适老化设计研究——以扭腰器为例
Research on the Aging Friendly Design of Community Intelligent Fitness Equipment based on User Experience:Taking the Twister as an Example
摘要
Abstract
The degree of age appropriate design of community fitness equipment affects the willingness of elderly people to exercise freely in the community,thereby to some extent affecting the development of the physiological and psychological health status of the elderly population.Therefore,based on a thorough investigation of the fitness needs of the elderly population,the"Maslow Hierarchy of Needs Theory"is used as the theoretical foundation to analyze and establish a model of elderly user needs for community fitness equipment.The user experience model is used to analyze,classify,and rank the fitness needs of the elderly,and explore an effective design method to improve the user experience of elderly community fitness equipment.The waist twisting device in community fitness equipment is used as a carrier for design practice,so as to meet the user needs of the elderly in community fitness and provide direction guidance for the age appropriate design of community fitness products.关键词
