Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]In January 2025,the launch of the artificial intelligence(AI)model by the Chinese startup DeepSeek attracted global attention,particularly disrupting various sectors in the United States.The introduction of DeepSeek's new AI model marks China's rise in the global technology race,chal-lenging Silicon Valley's dominance in AI.This development is of significant importance not only for China but also for global technology,economics,politics,and ideology.[Method/Process]This paper examines the per-spectives of U.S.think tanks on DeepSeek,analyzing how the emergence of this Chinese startup is influencing global technological progress and reshaping the geopolitical landscape.It also offers strategic recommendations for China's future AI development.[Result/Conclusion]The paper suggests that China's AI development strat-egy should emphasize a long-term vision,a focus on technology for the public good,international cooperation,and risk management in AI.关键词
