基于三方演化博弈的中国数字碳足迹抵消机制与策略分析
Analysis of China's digital carbon footprint offsetting mechanisms and strategies based on a tripartite evolutionary game

Abstract
With the advancement of the digital economy,the substantial carbon dioxide emissions produced by data centers cannot be disregarded,and it is imperative to explore how to effectively counterbalance the digital carbon footprint.This paper adopted the con-cept of digital carbon footprint as the starting point to investigate the mechanism and strategy of digital carbon footprint offset under the interaction among data center enterprises,the government,and third-party service enterprises.Firstly,the model of tripartite evolution-ary game was established,and subsequently,the influence of key parameters on the tripartite strategy selection was explored through simulation analysis.The research findings revealed that the government was required to regulate in the early stage,and enterprises nee-ded to possess a certain degree of initiative.Ultimately,the ideal strategy combination was that data center enterprises proactively adopt-ed the digital carbon footprint offset strategy,third-party service enterprises provided digital carbon footprint offset services,and gov-ernment departments ease supervision.Additionally,data center enterprises were sensitive to digital carbon footprint offset costs and gov-ernment fines,third-party service enterprises were sensitive to government subsidies,and governments were sensitive to cleaning costs.It was recommended that the government should undertake supervision in the early stage and establish reasonable rewards and penalties to stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises.关键词
