基于伏瘀理论从免疫记忆探讨复发性银屑病病机与治疗
Exploration of the Pathogeneses and Treatment of Recurrent Psoriasis from Immune Memory Based on the Theory of Latent Stasis

Abstract
As a sentinel in the immune surveillance network,immune memory plays an important role in the pathogeneses of psoriasis,especially in its recurrence.However,the mechanism of action of immune memory for psoriasis recurrence cannot be fully explained by current studies.The theory of latent stasis is a unique part of the doctrine of Chinese medicine etiologies and pathogeneses.Its pathogeneses are characterized by hiding in the body,latent and relatively fixed,which is quite similar to the recurrence of immune memory-induced psoriasis.Therefore,based on the clinical manifestations and pathological features of psoriasis,the mechanism of immune memory-induced psoriasis recurrence were explained in this paper from the theory of latent stasis.It was believed that the evolution process of"latent stasis hiding and self-accumulation"to"recurrence of latent stasis and transformation due to infection"was related to"memory T cell residence and self-expansion","memory T cell reactivation and inflammation induction"caused by immune memory.Therefore,it was proposed that"promoting qi and dissipating latent stasis and opening the veins to pull out the evil,eliminating pathogens and balancing changes to restore body homeostasis"can control immune memory to delay the recurrence of psoriasis,which expanded the theoretical thinking ways of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of psoriasis.关键词
