Abstract
Objective To explore the application of early enteral nutritional support strategy based on nutritional risk assessment in the children with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods The data of 100 children with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to Guigang People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were assigned into control and observation groups,each with 50 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group implemented early enteral nutritional support strategy based on the nutritional risk assessment.The nutritional status and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Results On the 7th and 15th days postoperatively,the levels of serum prealbumin,hemoglobin,total protein and body mass index in both groups were elevated compared with preoperative values(P<0.05),with the observation group exhibiting higher levels than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Nutritional Risk Screening 2002,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,and Self-Rating Depression Scale in both groups were decreased compared with preoperative values(P<0.05),with the observation group exhibiting lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The early enteral nutritional support strategy based on the nutritional risk assessment was applied to children with severe craniocerebral injury,which was helpful to improve the nutritional status,internal environment and adverse emotions of children,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
