精神运动康复结合中医特色技术在恢复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of psychomotor rehabilitation combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technique in the convalescent schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 124 convalescent schizophrenic patients admitted to Liaocheng Fourth People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The subjects were assigned into an observation group(62 cases)and a control group(62 cases)by simple randomization.Both groups received comprehensive treatment and psychomotor rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was additionally given characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.The symptoms and other indicators of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,the observation group achieved better scores than the control group in the Mini-Mental State Examination,the Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status,the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,and the Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(P<0.05).Both groups performed better compared with their respective pre-intervention levels(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in recurrence rate and hospitalization rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but the re-employment rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychomotor rehabilitation combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technique can promote the improvement of symptoms,cognition,psychological status,and quality of life in convalescent patients with schizophrenia,and help patients return to social life.关键词
