Abstract
Objective To explore the intervention effect of nutritional support based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)for patients with gynecological malignant tumor in perioperative period.Methods One hundred gynecological malignant tumor patients admitted to Taicang First People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were included in the study.They were divided into two groups in accordance with the order of admission:a control group,which received routine diet intervention from January to June 2021,and an observation group,which received nutritional support based on the ERAS concept from July to December 2021.Both groups contained 50 patients.The nutritional indicators,awareness rate of nutritional knowledge,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The body mass index(BMI),albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA),and transferrin(TRF)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 1 day before surgery and 6 days after surgery(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total awareness rate of nutritional knowledge was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support intervention based on the ERAS concept in perioperative nursing of patients with gynecological malignant tumor can improve their nutritional indicators,increase their awareness of nutritional knowledge,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
