作动筒磨损行为的可视化研究
The Visualization of Wear Behavior in Actuators
摘要
Abstract
Due to the complex force conditions and unique structural features of actuators,uneven wear often occurs on their inner surfaces.In order to predict the location and intensity of the wear inside the actuator,the frictional energy density rate was selected as the index,a Python script was developed to process contact pressure and slip rate data,to obtain the frictional energy density rate.And this calculation was in conjunction with the Explicit dynamics module in ABAQUS,which provided detailed insights into the wear distribution across the cylinder's inner surface.This study helps to realize the prediction and visualization of wear patterns.Finally,the influence of assembly and manufacturing errors,particularly,the clearance variations on the wear of the actuator was thoroughly analyzed.关键词
