不同蓝莓品种果实发育过程中的品质指标变化趋势研究
Change Trends in Quality Indicators of Different Blueberry Varieties During Fruit Development

Abstract
Using two blueberry varieties(Jewel and Sunshine Blue)as experimental materials,this study systematically analyzed the change trends in key quality indicators during different fruit developmental stages.The results showed that vertical diameter,horizontal diameter,single fruit weight,and soluble solids content of both varieties exhibited an overall increasing trend during fruit development.Fruit hardness and total acid content decreased progressively overall as the fruits grew and developed.Pericarp color parameters(L*,a*,b* values)generally showed a consistent declining trend in both varieties during development.The two blueberry varieties exhibited different change trends in their quality indicators across developmental stages.In this experiment,the fruits of Jewel variety had higher contents of soluble solids and anthocyanins,as well as better color appearance.关键词
