摘要

Abstract

In order to address the insufficient supply of high-quality raw materials in cigarette production,this study scientifically sorted and blended flue-cured tobacco leaves(B3F,C4F,X2F)to improve the utilization of medium-grade and lower-grade leaves,enhance the stability of raw material quality,and promote industrial applicability.Specific grades of flue-cured tobacco leaves were selected and subjected to appearance quality inspection,chemical components analysis,and blending optimization based on sensory evaluation to construct and validate a blending module.The results showed that after replacing C3F tobacco leaves with the blending module based on optimal blending ratio,quality indicators maintained stable,and style characteristics remained consistent in cigarette products,which could meet both quality standards and consumer demands.It provided an effective solution for raw material utilization and technological innovation in blending design within the tobacco industry.
