县域新型城镇化对共同富裕的影响及溢出效应
The Impact of County-Level New Urbanization on Common Prosperity and Its Spillover Effect:

Abstract
The"people-centered"approach to new urbanization emphasizes the integrated urban-rural development,which is paramount for achieving common prosperity.Serving as the vanguard of China's urban-rural integration,county-level new urbanization plays a pivotal role in promoting common prosperity.Drawing on county-panel data spanning from 2006 to 2022 for 60 counties(cities)in Anhui Province,this paper establishes an evaluation index system for both county-level common prosperity and new urbanization.Employing the spatial Durbin model,we empirically analyze the impact of new urbanization on common prosperity.Our findings reveal several key points:Firstly,advancing new urbanization in counties markedly enhances the level of common prosperity within the region,as evidenced by concurrent improvements in both"affluence"and"commonality".Secondly,county-level new urbanization not only positively influences the common prosperity of the county,but also exhibits a positive spillover effect on neighboring counties'common prosperity.Thirdly,there exist regional variations in the role of new urbanization in promoting common prosperity and its various facets.Fourthly,as new urbanization continues to develop,its role in promoting common prosperity at the county level progressively strengthens.Based on these findings,the paper proposes recommendations to strengthen the role of county-level new urbanization in promoting common prosperity through measures including enhancing regional coordinated development,elevating county prosperity levels,and narrowing urban-rural disparities.关键词
