家支文化何以提升农民合作社治理绩效?
How Can the Clan Culture Enhance the Governance Performance of Farmers'Cooperatives?

Abstract
Cooperatives embedded in the Yi clan culture represent a typical practice of integrating informal and formal systems in the Liangshan Yi area.Based on the theory of cultural capital,this paper constructs an analytical framework of"cultural embeddedness-governance mechanism-operational performance",and employs a multi-case analysis approach to investigate how the Yi clan culture influences cooperative governance performance.The study finds that:clan-embedded cooperatives significantly reduce organizational costs and enhance risk resilience;The Yi clan culture promotes standardized governance mechanisms by strengthening supervision,decision-making,benefit distribution,and implicit incentives,forming a dual-driven mechanism of"implicit incentives-explicit norms";Those cooperatives embedded in the Yi clan culture can simultaneously reduce the organizational and transaction costs,obtain institutional benefits,and improve operational performance.Accordingly,it is proposed that government departments should cultivate local cultural experts to lead cooperatives through policy guidance,systematically leverage the governance effectiveness of the informal system,and implement a talent-training project that integrates local cultural characteristics with professional cooperative standards.关键词
