Abstract
As an important protective barrier and production facility,the operation status of offshore dike engineering in oil field is related to the safety of production and personnel's life and property in the oil area pro-tected by coastal defense engineering.In order to improve the daily management level of dike engineering and e-mergency handling ability under extreme weather such as storm surge,data analysis,model test,numerical sim-ulation and other methods were used to comprehensively consider parameters such as engineering quality,mois-ture resistance,seepage safety and structural stability of dike engineering,so as to clear key factors affecting dike engineering,and establish a structural safety evaluation model based on multi-parameter compound weigh-ting.Using this model,a seawall was evaluated comprehensively and its safety comprehensive evaluation level was determined.The research showed that based on the evaluation conclusions of project quality,moisture re-sistance,seepage safety and structural stability,the safety index of the seawall was 0.894 in the event of a ty-phoon in 50 years,and the evaluation conclusion was relatively safe.The evaluation model can realize the quan-titative expression of the safety state of the structure of the dike engineering,and can objectively reflect the actu-al operation of the dike engineering.It can provide scientific basis for the maintenance,management and rein-forcement of seawall.关键词
