绿色创业导向能提升新农人创业成长绩效吗?
Can Green Entrepreneurial Orientation Improve the Entrepreneurial Growth Performance of New Farmers?

Abstract
Ecological concept is one of the three major characteristics of new farmers,and green entrepreneurial orientation is a natural choice for them.Whether and how the green entrepreneurial orientation promotes the entrepreneurial growth performance of new farmers is an important practical issue worth paying attention to.Based on the survey data of 512 new farmers'entrepreneurship in Jiangxi,Henan and Anhui provinces,this paper employs hierarchical regression and Bootstrap analysis to examine the effect of green entrepreneurial orientation on new farmers'entrepreneurship growth performance,and further verify the chain-mediating effects of green dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage between the orientation and the growth performance.The results show that the green entrepreneurial orientation not only positively influences entrepreneurial growth performance but also enhances green dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage;Green dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage play a synchronous and chain-mediating role between green entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial growth performance.Therefore,we should adhere to the green entrepreneurial orientation to enhance the entrepreneurial growth performance of new farmers,cultivate green dynamic capabilities to help achieve their green entrepreneurship-oriented goals,and constantly enhance their competitive advantage to achieve low cost and differentiation of green products.关键词
