返乡创业能力何以提升
How to Improve the Entrepreneurial Capacity of Entrepreneurs Returning Home:

Abstract
Taking the"Case Compilation of Outstanding Agricultural Entrepreneurs in China(Batch 4)"as a sample and applying the fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)method,this study analyzes the factors influencing the entrepreneurial capacity of entrepreneurs returning home,and constructs a configuration path for their capacity enhancement.Four key indicators,namely educational background,work experience,organizational resources,and organizational network relationships,are selected to explore the conditional configuration and mechanisms driving entrepreneurial capacity improvement.Robustness tests are conducted by adjusting consistency thresholds and calibrating threshold values.The findings reveal four effective capacity enhancement paths:the entrepreneurial education path,the organizational network relationship path,the combined path of education and network relationships,and the combined path of network relationships and organizational resources.These paths collectively demonstrate the multi-dimensional framework and underlying mechanisms for enhancing the capacity of entrepreneurs returning home.To improve their entrepreneurial capacity,policymakers should adopt differentiated resource allocation and targeted guidance for distinct groups(e.g.,university graduates vs.migrant workers),encourage multi-stakeholder collaboration to address systemic rural challenges,and establish industry-academia cooperation platforms to integrate urban and rural knowledge,fostering sustainable rural entrepreneurship.关键词
