P110钢在某页岩油井采出水中的腐蚀行为研究
Research on Corrosion Behavior of P110 Steel in the Production Water of a Shale Oil Well

Abstract
Fracturing technology and CO2 flooding technology used in shale oil mining will cause serious corrosion to the wellbore.High temperature autoclave is used to simulate the corrosion conditions of production wells after CO2 flooding of YYP,BYP and NY three typical shale oil wells in an oilfield.The corrosion behavior of P110 steel at different well depths under different production cycle was studied by means of weight loss meth-od,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Raman spectrometer and 3D profiler.The results showed that P110 steel had obvious pitting corrosion behavior in the three shale oil wells,and the uniform corrosion rate and small hole corrosion rate were large at the wellhead in the initial stage of production.After one year of production,the corrosion rate of P110 steel decreased significantly,and with the increase of well depth,the uniform corrosion rate and small hole corrosion rate increased first and then decreased.High temperature and high CO2 partial pressure can promote the densification of the corrosion product film on the metal surface,and the main elements of the film are Fe,C and O.It was suggested that oil and gas production enterprises should take appropriate an-ti-corrosion measures to reduce the corrosion rate of casing at the initial wellhead of shale gas exploitation and the wellbore after one year of exploitation.关键词
