Abnormal Analysis and Countermeasure Study on Occupational Health Examination Results of Crude Oil Water-bearing Laboratory Workers in an Oil Field

Abstract
Objective Through the analysis of the results of occupational health examination of crude oil moisture laboratory workers in oil and gas station,the causes of abnormal physical examination were discussed,and the protective measures were put forward to reduce the risk of occupational health damage of crude oil mois-ture laboratory workers.Methods The abnormal data of laboratory workers'occupational health examination dur-ing 2019-2022 were statistically analyzed,the correlation between the concentration of harmful factors in the workplace and the results of employees'health examination was studied,and the influence of occupational dis-ease prevention facilities,personal protective equipment and other factors on the health status of workers was an-alyzed.Results The CTWA and CSTEL of benzene were(<0.04～0.13)mg/m3 and(<0.6～1.9)mg/m3 re-spectively in the laboratory of the oil water test workers with abnormal occupational health examination.The concentrations were both lower than the exposure limit of 50%,and the oil water test workers were exposed to benzene.Among the personnel with abnormal physical examination results,the number of laboratory workers with less than 3 years of working age was relatively large.There were some problems in the laboratory such as insufficient maintenance of ventilation facilities and insufficient wearing of personal protective equipment.Con-clusion The reasons for abnormal results of occupational health examination included low concentration benzene exposure in crude oil water-containing laboratory,different evaluation standards of physical examination institu-tions,individual susceptibility,and insufficient implementation of occupational disease prevention measures.It was suggested to formulate technical specifications for the industry and clarify the criteria for determining abnor-mal indicators in GBZ 188-2014 Technical Specifications for Occupational Health Monitoring,and strengthen the management of occupational-disease-prevention facilities and personal protective articles.According to the actual situation,the risk quantitative assessment of benzene operation positions in oil and gas stations was car-ried out to achieve hierarchical prevention and control management and ensure the targeted management.关键词
