Abstract
In view of the problems faced by overseas public security management,such as weak intelligence information collection,analysis and early warning capabilities,and lack of scientific and effective risk assess-ment methods,the.net development environment,ArcGIS geographic information platform and ORACLE data-base platform were adopted in combination with information technologies such as database and geographic infor-mation.An overseas public security risk assessment system based on B/S architecture was developed,and func-tions such as risk mapping,risk assessment,country risk,security early warning,information query,event sta-tistics,and system management were realized.Through the construction of overseas public security information database,the collection and standardized management of overseas public security data from different sources were organized,and a"one-stop"data service for overseas public security was realized.Through the promotion and application of the overseas public security risk assessment system in enterprises,an efficient and close joint mechanism between the front line and the rear was established,and scientific risk assessment of overseas public security was realized,as well as timely tracking of emergencies and risks,greatly improving the level of overseas public security risk assessment and risk control ability of enterprises.关键词
