Abstract

In order to determine the source of material leakage in the water coolers of catalytic cracking cir-culating water system,the detection and determination technology of material leakage in circulating water based on partial least square discriminant analysis was developed.The characteristic source spectra of 4 kinds of mate-rials in circulating water,such as LPG,diesel,crude gasoline and stable gasoline,were analyzed and deter-mined by purge and catch-GC method.By setting categorical variables for each sample characteristic source spectrum,the sample database of training set and test set was constructed,and the PLS-DA material determina-tion model training and accuracy test were completed,which realized the accurate determination of the type of leaking materials in circulating water.The results showed that based on the material source spectrum data of 114 samples,under the optimal condition with the number of potential variables of 10,the interpretation rate of the trained PLS-DA material determination model for the characteristic source spectrum matrix X and the categorical variable matrix Y reached more than 0.99,and the average judgment accuracy of the four materials verified by the test set was 87.5%.The accuracy of LPG and diesel was 100%,while the accuracy of crude gasoline and stable gasoline was only 75%due to the similar composition.
