基于三维荧光的炼油装置水冷系统泄漏油品快速识别技术
Rapid Identification of Oil Leakage in Water Cooling System of Oil Refining Unit Based on Three-dimensional Fluorescence

Abstract
Three-dimensional(3D)fluorescence spectroscopy combined with chemometrics algorithm can realize the analysis of pollutant characteristics,but there is no report that this method is clearly applied to the i-dentification of oil leakage in the water cooling system of oil refining unit.Based on this,80 samples were se-lected from 5 types of oil(gasoline,diesel,lean absorbent oil,kerosene and naphtha)as simulated leakage materials.3D fluorescence spectrum data of 5 types of oil were collected.After analyzing the 3D fluorescence spectrum data of 80 samples by using alternating trilinear decomposition algorithm,two unsupervised algorithms(principal component analysis and clustering)and four supervised algorithms(partial least squares discrimina-tion,random forest,support vector machine and neural network)were used to establish the category recognition models of 5 oil products,and the categories of 5 oil products were judged in turn.The results showed that the 3D fluorescence spectrum technology was used as a rapid detection method for leakage materials,and the alter-nate trilinear decomposition algorithm combined with random forest,support vector machine and neural network can be used to classify different oil products with 100%accuracy.The research results provide a new method for identifying the types of leakage materials in the water cooling system of oil refining unit.关键词
