Abstract

Aiming at the problems of imprecision and low accuracy in the calculation of default methane e-mission factors of equipment components,a bag-based monitoring and accounting model for methane leakage and escaping emissions of equipment components was constructed to study and analyze the impact of environ-mental temperature and measurement errors of environmental temperature,gas production flow,methane con-centration and atmospheric pressure on the accuracy of the model,and the accuracy of the monitoring and ac-counting method was verified by experiments.The results showed that the input parameter measurement error was controllable and the output error was acceptable in the range of-10~30℃.Under different experimental conditions,the absolute error of methane leakage emission monitoring and accounting was 18.4%at the maxi-mum,0.1%at the minimum,and 9.1%on average,which can meet the requirements of on-site monitoring and accounting in the range of the volume concentration of methane leakage of equipment components(0~100)%.The absolute errors of the experimental results were randomly distributed,but there were many negative errors.Ef-fective measures should be taken to reduce the systematic errors of the experimental verification platform.
