产教融合视角下专业硕士应用型人才培养机制研究
Research on the Training Mechanism of Professional Master's Applied Talents from the Perspective of Integration of Production and Education

Abstract
Industry—education integration represents a profound synergy between industry and acade-mia,serving as a strategic initiative to rectify the structural discrepancies in the talent market's supply and demand dynamics.This study conducts an empirical investigation across 95 universities authorized to admit professional master's candidates in eight provinces—Henan,Shandong,Liaoning,Heilongjiang,Guang-dong,Zhejiang,Sichuan,and Shaanxi—to assess the current state of industry—education integration within professional master training programs at higher education institutions.The findings indicate a sig-nificant misalignment between curriculum design and industry—education integration standards;moreo-ver,teaching model can't meet the needs of production—education integration strategy.Additionally,the"dual supervisor"system has not yielded the anticipated outcomes in training effectiveness.Consequently,drawing upon supply—demand equilibrium theory,this research elucidates the intrinsic rationale behind industry—education integration for cultivating applied professional masters and proposes actionable strate-gies such as developing an adaptive curriculum framework,innovating collaborative models between educa-tional institutions and enterprises,and enhancing the construction of dual—teacher teams.These recom-mendations aim to provide both theoretical foundations and practical insights for advancing high—level professional talent cultivation mechanisms in China.关键词
