Analysis of Fracture Causes of 60Si2CrVA Spring Steel
摘要
Abstract
Taking the fractured parts of 60Si2CrVA spring steel as the research object,chemical com-position,metallographic structure,fracture surface scanning,and energy spectrum detection were conduc-ted on the fracture area.The results show that the fracture was caused by improper hot working,which de-carburizes the spring steel surface surface,reduces the fatigue performance of the spring,and thus causes fatigue cracks in the local area of the spring,and eventually leads to early fatigue fracture of the spring.In addition,some C in the spring steel exists in the form of graphite,which was abnormal,causing the conti-nuity of the spring steel to be destroyed and the effective carbon content to be less,resulting in insufficient strength grade of the material and abnormal fracture during the design life cycle.关键词
